Newborn Photography

I think the best place to start here is with a hearty congratulations! Congratulations to you and your family on the arrival of its latest member.

I hope I’m not going to sound too mushy here, but for me an arrival of a newborn baby is something truly special. And I am completely of the belief, that you should take great care and consideration in your selection of the perfect photographer to capture those early days of your new precious little person. For that reason, I’ve built up several years’ experience photographing newborn babies, and have dedicated huge swathes of time in order to undertake extensive training from some of the words leading newborn photographers.

 

Primarily, my newborn photography sessions are designed for babies from 5-21 days old and are totally baby led – So we won’t rush a thing – If baby needs to stop for a feed, then baby stops for a feed. And as sessions typically lasts anywhere between 2-4 hours, even I will always be grateful for a potential biscuit break.


Any other family members or siblings you wish to get involved in the sessions on the day are encouraged to come along too. What’s even better, and perhaps something you won’t find with many other newborn photographers, is that your pets are totally welcome at my studio as well. Yes! If you want to include your favourite pet as part of your brand-new favourite ever photo, then my studio in the centre of Glasgow is the perfect place to do it.

Now I’m trying to think if I’ve forgot anything.... ah, props. All of the props we may use in these sessions are washed and sanitised after every use. And are thoroughly tested, to make absolutely sure these sessions as safe as they possibly can be.
